The project ,realized by Makin Molowny Portela Arquitects of the residential development Nivaria Beach, located in the municipal district of Arico, in the south coast of Tenerife.
The residential complex, located on the front coast line , is divided in two phases. They first phase of 36 luxury apartments , of which 30 have two bedrooms and 6 front line apartments have three bedrooms. The second phase comprises 86 apartments, with 24 two bedroom apartments and 62 three bedroom apartments .
One of the major points of the project was to benefit from the spectacular views and to be protected from the wind.
All the apartments have a sea view, incorporating this way the distant scenery of the whole development.
